Thank you for 16 years!

CLOSED AS OF 2017

Alpha Omega started as a computer repair business, which evolved into a Dish Network Satellite retailership.
It wasn’t too long before the company added to its list of products and services and became a leader in satellite and telecommunication services within the tri-state area.

We became a lead retailer for Dish Network, DirectTV, as well as Cox Cable.
Also, we were one of the first—if not THE first—to offer Nextel cellular phone service (now T-Mobile), and eventually Boost Mobile in Northwest Arkansas, along with Vonage Home Phone service as well.

To better serve our customers, we partnerd up with CheckFreePay which allowed customers to pay their TV, phone, internet, and utility payments all in one convenient locaiton. This grew into us becoming the only authorized payment center in Springdale, AR for the SouthWestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO).

We focused on residential customers, but also did commercial property installations as well, such as motels, restaurants, and entire apartment communities.  One of our most proud moments worth bragging about was when we did the intsallation for President Bush during his National Press Conference at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center in Rogers AR in 2007.

In 2017 the owner and manager decided it was best to close the doors after 16 years to persue other ventures in their respective lives.  It was not an easy decision, but the best for everyone and with that, their adventure together came to a end.

We wish to say thank you to all our customers, our partners and the many friends we made along the way in this journey.  Many of you offered support, guidance and insights into the various industries and helped us to grow into the powerhouse we became.  It was exhausting at times, but every moment was worth it.

Thank you, and we wish everyone only the best in whatever new journies come your way!
